Chris, you will need truly inspirational videos. Unfortunately, the vast
majority of soaring videos produced in the US are utterly boring. Look
at these European videos for examples of the kind of stuff the SSA
should be seeking:

Polished but insipid.

Terribly boring audio selections.

Better audio selection- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P6iSL1dsShc

I hope the SSA hires some young talent to put together these promotional videos. Old and young eyes see the world differently. There are some young people in Europe who know how to make soaring videos that look exciting to young people.

Are there any exciting soaring videos made by young people in the USA?

Weather they are exiting is up to you, but I make soaring videos and I guess you could call me young. I fit the SSA standard for jr pilot.

Wyll, I like your videos. The more you make, the better they get. Keep it up.

I love 'Cloudstreet', but I'm old.

Compare it to a recent no-budget gliding video that a lot of young glider pilots seem to like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dn8Bvu6rt-Y

Here's a long excerpt from 'Cloudstreet' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dn8Bvu6rt-Y

Here's a short promo for Cu Nim Gliding Club that I like a lot https://www.cunim.org/

When it comes to the choice of music coupled with Soaring footage I don’t think anyone can hold a candle to what Balleka produced.

Inappropriate, bombastic music and in your face flashy graphics ruin

To all you losers criticizing videos referenced he why don't you show us something better? My god, a little acceptance and levity would serve you well.
