A couple days ago here in Lenoir, a cub landed on a local golf course, when
the engine quit, due to carb ice. The student with only 20 hrs was solo,
and landed with no damage. A family friend was going to do the takeoff.

I live about 5NM from Minuteman but I fly out of Bedford. I was just
curious because that 152 didn't get much airtime outside of Ch.7 so
figured you for a local.
