You could install the Xevision system under a 337.

There stuff looks great, but any idea on prices? The website only says
"call for pricing"...

Don't forget to measure the cable-run distance from where you can
install the ballast to where the light will be. If you don't tell
them that length you'll get a too-short cable.

The RMD HID kit is cheaper, and STC'd for Jay's Cherokee.

I installed the kits in my Skylane, with an easy field approval using
that STC as the basis.

I would like a brighter landing light -- but I ain't paying $800 for it!

Yep, the RMD HID kit, half the price, STC'd for your Cherokee.

Bob DeBorde (RMD) had the patience of a german elf answering all of
my questions before I finally bought the kits for my Skylane.

They work great, and they are super bright. Very pleased with the product
and the service.

It's not STC'ed for a 235, because of the tip tanks.

Damn.

Oh well -- I'll take those extra 34 gallons of gas over a landing light, any
day!

So talk to your mechanic about a field approval. It worked for me.

I wonder when My Mechanic is gonna pipe up on this thread

You can't. These particular ones are mounted in the fiberglass wingtips.
The wingtips on 235s are fuel tanks.

Javier,
I have installed these on a clients Arrow.
Nice kit. It took about 8 hours total to install the wiring and drill
the new tip caps to fit the existing holes in the wings.
