Same way I did last time, hopefully with improved results {;-)
First person to post here that they looked at the files, they understand (more or less) the task at hand, and are willing to take a crack at the first one has it. Jim EDR shared these priceless pearls of wisdom: -So when are you going to let us know who you select to assist you? :-) Jim Weir (A&P/IA, CFI, & other good alphabet soup) VP Eng RST Pres. I sent you a zip file. See what you think. George Patterson This marriage is off to a shaky start. I looked at the files and put together the pages for August from the files you provided. I did have to change the "oopsie" page from a pdf download to an html file, since I can't create pdfs. I will send you a zip file shortly. What's next? George Patterson This marriage is off to a shaky start. ![]() Jim Weir wrote: I also posted all the JULY 2002 files in /kptest as well. I've got them down. Looks like August instead of July. I've looked at the June files you provided and will take a stab at August tomorrow. Thanks, George Patterson This marriage is off to a shaky start. George Patterson took the task on and has done an absolutely splendid job
translating the first article. To have a looksee a George's handiwork, www.rstengineering.com/kitplanes and go to the bottom article (July '02). George, the gang owes you one, and so do I. The August '02 raw data is posted in the usual place. Jim - -Again I ask...is anybody fool enough to take my Kitplanes column raw data and -put it into downloadable format for the rest of the gang? Not Found The requested URL /kitplanes/KP0207/KPtext.pdf was not found on this server. Apache/1.3.20 Server at www.rst-engr.com Port 80 Dave There's two mismatches between the KP0207.htm file and the other files: the parts list file and full test PDF are Kpparts.pdf and Kptext.pdf on the webserver, but are KPparts.pdf and KPText.pdf in the URLs in the KP0207.htm file (note the case difference in the "P"s). So the real URLs to the full text and parts list a http://www.rst-engr.com/kitplanes/KP0207/Kpparts.pdf http://www.rst-engr.com/kitplanes/KP0207/Kptext.pdf I imagine that the above to references will break here shortly when Jim fixes the KP0207.htm file or renames the PDFs.
