Way to go Jon! Congrats!
I also would like to hear a blow by blow of your ride. I will be taking my CFI checkride for a re-issuance of my CFI certificate probably around the end of March or in April. I would love to hear all the details. It's been 15 years since I passed my initial CFI. Also, I think I'll take this opportunity to impart one bit of advice (inspired by about 1400 hrs of instruction given time - a lot to student pilots). You might want to make sure your teaching style does not include phrases such as... "Pull back on the wheel, when I tell you", but instead use something like, "When I tell you, pull back on the wheel".
