Unfortunately, your message will be lost on most people when they read
this
passage. It invokes an image of a hate monger.

Unfortunately, that *is* his intended message. He is not interested in any
real problems with the FAA.

Sadly it appears it will take a huge tragedy and massive loss of human
life similar to the Hurricane chaos in New Orleans (Female and Black
Incompetent City and State and Federal Management)

Yeah right. We obviously need a return to the good ole days when straight
white men like Michael Brown were hired strictly on the basis of their
outstanding qualifications.

Look, nitwit troll, if you wanted to start a genuine debate, you wouldn't
revel in misogynistic and racist tripe to intro your posts. But you
wouldn't know how to engage in genuine honest debate if it bit you on your
fat white hairy ass.

Now attend carefully idiot: statistics show a general DECLINE in accidents
- but you're clearly a troll, racist, misogynist, or some combination of
those, so of course you'll vomit garbage. Hell, following your screwed up
reasoning, it looks like the "feel good" politics are resulting in a
decline in aircraft accidents! How's them apples bubba?

FAA Management screwing over their dedicated union
members is not helpful toward good workforce morale either.

Unions are for morons, like you, who can't hold their jobs without
coercion.

*1. DALLAS — Air traffic controllers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
routinely covered up errors and their supervisors failed to
investigate cases that included airplanes flying too close to each
other, federal officials said.

Race and gender not specified. Connection to "feel good politics": non
sequitor. Anecdotal evidence.

2. LAS VEGAS — A veteran air traffic controller was stripped of tower

Blah blah blah. Same nonsense as in first anecdote, repeated ad nauseum.
Your point, bozo?

( I will be sending this to all 100 Senators and most Congressman and
the Media)

I'm sure they need a good laugh now and then from bozos like you.
So have you stopped wearing the big red nose?

The laugh is on you, for responding. That is what trolls live for.

Hmmm...for all the faults in his terminology, you show even less capacity
for anything beyond adolescent name calling.

One who phrases poorly and a response from a brick-brain engaging in
childish rationalizing.

Now wonder America is so ****ed up!!!

How did we get to the Department of Education?
I thought this thread was about the FAA?

Don't forget to include this:

What prevents Anne Whiteman from filing a grievance with the
controllers' union? Doesn't the union police its ranks?

The point is simple.

There are nonwhites, and females, who are competent and qualified, and
they should have an equal shot at the positions available. If they
should not have a LESSER, or NONEXISTENT, chance they should not have a
GREATER, or EXCLUSIVE chance either.

People should be chosen strictly with regard to ability, experience,
qualifications, competence and good character.

In most technical positions that will result in an overwhelming
percentage of males and most of those will be white, with some Asians,
Indians (India Indians, not American Indians), and so forth. American
Blacks will be underrepresented, because the reality is what it is: a
disproportionate share of Black males have felony or drug convictions,
making them ineligible for federal employment.

If that's racist (I don't think it is), then reality is racist. Ditto
with sexism. Most women are just not inclined towards being mechanics
-some are, and of those some do quite well, but numbers are numbers.
