political merit, or lack of, of the FARs that require NavLights in the first

Add some discussion about the logbook entries and qualifications required to do said act.

Default How many pilots...

The most important part of going out to the plane to change the nav
light is that it MUST be flight tested. It requires at least an hour to
test and grabbing a hamburger in the process seems to help quite a bit
as well. There is nothing more sad than going out to the plane to do
some minor maintenance and not being able to fly.
