No, that happend at bout 50 feet on take off. That was a whole lot
busier than stalling at 5500 in clear air turbulence. :-))

I keep trying to be there, but fate intervenes again. It's the same
weekend
as the NRA convention right here at home.

It's the same week end as the big Ham swap/convention in Dayton.
(Supposed to be the world's largest). I've been a ham since May 61
and I've never been there either. OTOH it's only slightly off course
for P-ville and O'Hara arena is only about 2 blocks from the airport.

Sounds like you could have a busy weekend, Roger.

P-vill might take more gas but I'm afraid I might buy something if I
go to Dayton.

Been their (hamvention) a couple times in 79,80 you can get lost their
easily!

I hear they lose more cars and trucks in the swampy swap area at
Dayton than the number of airplanes we lose in the North 40 during the
rainy season.
