Ok I guess I should have been more specific. I was really looking for at
what altitude ZFW could provide radar coverage over in the area surrounding
ELD. I broke down and just called ZFW and they told me.

1500'-2000' for those that might be interested.

There are no maps for what you are looking for becausae it isn't cut and
dried. It changes with weather and type of aircraft.
