My guess is that this will be a big bust, with perhaps
200 planes parked in the reserved area, so that might put them about

even
with the shower.

Hey, to get a campsite near the showers (but not TOO near), I'll paint
"Cessna" on the side of Atlas!

Yeah, that's the ticket! All you have to do, is taxi upside down, right?

Wasn't there an airshow biplane with wheels on both sides?

Craig 'something' in California has a Pitts with landing gear on top and
on the bottom.

Have you no shame? Nope, didn't think so. And it's Cezzzzzzna (at
least to a Piper owner) :-)

I thought I remembered something like that, but I couldn't find it via
goggle.

It was a pretty neat setup. The only airplane that made me smile more while
watching it, was Jimmy
Franklin's jet powered Waco, may he rest in peace.

Personally, I think they are way overestimating the numbers of cessnas
that want to park in the reserved areas. 500 planes is a heck of a lot!

You can see all the sign-ups on the www.c2o.us website. Last I looked, it was way less than 500. I didn't
count them, but would guess 200 or less. Any unused are freed up after Sunday evening, so shouldn't be
a problem. See you there!

Hey, by "Day Four" on the flight line, the distance to the showers
becomes "flight-critical" -- at least to my feet and back!

:-)

Cezzzzzzna. I *like* that!

If you know what row the showers are (or the nearby row), you can make a
window sign with saying "row xxx". the parkers will usually accomodate
you if there is room.

I counted 188 on the camping list, plus the 75 for the mass arrival. so far.

Hmmm, point taken (and a good one I might add). Still, I don't think
there'd be any fooling the guys like John who do a fantastic job of
herding us around on the ground in the N-40.

Hehe....I think I learned that one of my partners.

Is that like the beauty contestant making her acceptance speech and
telling the audience that she wanted whirled peas?
