What really ticks me off is that I have to pay $25 to get back into my

AFAIK, that's a Canadian "Exit Tax" and not a US re-entry tax, isn't it? I remember having to pony up when leaving Vancouver a few years ago and I was so taken aback that I involuntarilly just spat out "Yer Sh*ttin' Me, Right?" He wasn't. Er, sh*ttin' me...nor amused.
