It seems that you could give it back if there were someone else to buy it but what happens if you loose a few members right at TBO time and the club doesn't have the cash? |

We set aside reserve monies for TBO. If a few members want to leave,
and for some reason we don't have the cash (rare) we can obtain financing against the aircraft. There is quite a bit of equity there (over 3x the share price x # of members).
