The Mexico City one (ufo 18) is also has has good

Delivered anonymously to a TV station a few days after the supposed
incident, which then received lots of "eyewitness" reports only
after they ran the tape.

The position of the footage was effectively determined to be from a
high rise building housing a video editing business. Analysis of the
tape showed distinct interlacing from the UFO, indicating it was
dubbed onto the skyline footage.

Not to mention the goofy precession of the object that makes it
look like a spinning model dangling from a string...
