KLBE, to have a pre-buy done on a Warrior I'm thinking of buying half
of (although I haven't decided yet if I want the nose or the tail).

My answers to the other two questions have a lot to do with how that
goes, but the preliminary answers are "instrument" and "taking my new
toy to visit as many airports as possible", Otherwise, the answers
are probably "instrument" and "taking a rented skyhawk to as many
airports as I can afford to - as long as I remember to schedule far
enough in advance, get it back before I get nailed for the daily
minimum, and all that other stuff that goes along with renting I hope
I don't have to deal with anymore "

If the engine is strong and young take the nose 1/2.

Nah, take the left half. That way if the two partners are flying, you get
to be PIC! g

I've been promised that spring is coming. Many of us that have flown very
little or maybe not at all during the last several months will soon be
shaking the cobwebs from our heads and blowing the dust off our wings.

Tell us where you'll be going and what you'll be doing!

My wife has been making preliminary plans to take a short tour with the
first stop at Hershey, PA, then maybe Niagara Falls and onto Cedar Point at
Sandusky, OH, then onward to the in-laws near Grand Rapids, MI. When?
We're not quite sure, but I'm sure it will be after all our snow is gone.

What about you?

Jim

Jim,
I am in up in Saginaw, and we are near Cedar point frequently on
summer weekends.. Give the group notice when you make the trip, maybe
we can share a cuppa joe somewhere...

Ahh, did my first solo at BDR. Fine airport with nice controllers.

Good luck.

Don't know but it'll probably be a T/R.

Buy a 50-hour block on C172 somewhere on the East Coast of the US and fly to
the West Coast and back. No A/P, no Glass. Yeah.
