I speculated what might the suitable formation for the only living two term United States president, then I was inspired. It obviously should be two aircraft doing an inflight refueling, with the lower aircraft getting fuel on its dress -- err, fuselage. |

I think of a finger-four as the fingers of my right hand, with the lead being the middle finger.
