I will if it's available, mainly because it sumps more fuel. Otherwise I use
my own fuel tester, and drain four or more times (I've read that it sometimes
takes that long for water to appear).

IF the fuel is clean, it goes back in the tank. Otherwise it goes on the
ground. I rarely have to reject a sample, but it does happen.
