Damn, Skylune and Mxmaniac have made up the first dozen posts entirely
with their stupid rants. Sorry, I won't be taking part in this thread.
Join me, won't you?

FAA confirming it was GA, plane or helicopter. Won't matter if it was
terrorism or not. ADIZ is popular with big city mayors.

An ADIZ would NOT be popular with this mayor. Too many high-powered
businessmen use copters to commute to work in Manhattan.

Sorry you are all so upset that GA has just gotten another black eye.
The situation needs to exposed, and the AOPA special interest lobby
needs to be exposed.

Trust me, I am not the only one following this stuff. Boyer can tell
the pilots what questions to ask the pols all he wants, and you
lemmings can follow Phil.

Why do you care so much about AOPA?? Are you THAT much of a loser that
you have nothing better to do with your energy? You were the first one
to RUSH to this newsgroup and post the story.

Dude, take up golf or something. How about model trains? You like
trains? They're pretty cool. Lots of people are into them.

Just trying to help.

You're sick. Every so often I catch a side of humanity that makes me
ill. We can almost sense your glee that this terrible tragedy happened
- all so you can show up here with your nonesensical drivel. You are a
small little man, and I'm sure you've found your angry rantings do not
help. Seek professional therapy before you melt down or go postal. It
is not our fault you are an unsuccessful failure.

I don't care if you guys kill yourselves, but there have been
several people on the ground killed already this year.

Do you have evidence that the danger a GA plane poses to people on the
ground is greater than the danger that an automobile poses to pedestrians
and bicyclists?

If not, it would be hypocritical of you to appeal to the danger to
nonparticipants as a reason to oppose GA, but not as a reason to oppose
automobiles.

No, you are the one that is stupid. You come to this piloting
newsgroup to rant and rave about utter nonesense. Why? Do you think
we care beyond the 5 second flame bait follow up? Do you think you are
going to make a dent to this multi-billion dollar industry that is
vital to the modern way of life? You are beyond idiocy if you think
so.

As far as this incident - this is not going to impact our flying at
all. The news media will hype it for what it's worth, but soon Paris
Hilton will get a new tatoo or somthing and they'll leave this one
alone. Kinda like the Tampa suicide. Remember that? The general
public doesn't.

GA will be going for a long time, and you will apparently continue to
get stomach ulcers about it. Fortunately I'll be having a good time
making a living at it and enjoying the privelaged recreational
opportunities.

Probably not. Not only because of the rich businessmen I mentioned
elsewhere who like to commute to work in their private copters, but now
because of the possibility being raised that the airplane was owned by
the Yankees' pitcher.

If there's a good side, it's that people will see how little damage a
small plane makes.

Dunno. They haven't asked for one yet.
