Yes, for rec.aviation.juveniles.

Um, Matt. We're not talking about Bangkok.

But if we were ...I bet those Swedes (in the DA-42 "Diesel" Twin Star, at
OSH) could get there without much problem. They flew into OSH from Sweden -
the long way around!

I was thinking mental age, not chronological age.

I disagree.

It's a fun topic: Are there any nudie bars within walking distance of an
airport?

KFRG in NY. If you park at Atlantic Aviation on the south side, there's
a fairly high(er) class place called "Cafe Royale" that is walking
distance. However, while the merchandise is great to look at, the view
is not without certain "obstructions."

Anyway, that's what I "heard."

Yes, r.a.p is close to the gutter already at times, might as well just
push it the rest of the way in.

Wow Matt, you must be a BLAST to have at parties.

Looks like we have a pussy-whipped male feminist schmuck among our midst.

More proof that I will forever remain single because men are basically
pigs.

Sorry, just a bitter day.

Don't take it too hard, Emily. Just another in the long list of proofs
that in so many areas of interest, you don't have to have a lot of class
to have a lot of money to spend on an expensive hobby.

Yes, and you misspelled "cave" in your name. :-)

Follow the money ...no, not down there!

Maybe his real objection is $8 for a small (ice-filled) glass of Diet Coke
....on top of a $5 cover.

However, I'm not sure *what* we've proved about John... Lighten up,
will ya?

You have to remember that my day job is keeping an eye on women in swim
suits. All ages, all sizes, all shapes. I have summers off, so I see
very little nubility the rest of the year.

Sorry -- wrong John. I was referring to Gaguin's
oh-so-politically-correct comment.

I *know* what we've proved about YOU, Mr.
"I-bring-a-single-French-girl-pilot-to-Oshkosh"...

From the sounds of it, some of you guys have been dead for a long while

We have GOT to fly there, Jim & Montblack!

What? You don't want to fly there with Mary?

Actually, I *have* taken Mary to a strip joint. Of course, that was
over 20 years ago...but she found it, um, for lack of a better word,
"fascinating".

Strip clubs are a very strange world -- think about it. Nubile,
gorgeous, young women, dancing naked as a jaybird just INCHES from
guys, in the most sexy, provocative way they can concoct -- and the men
are not allowed to touch them! It's truly an amazing sociological
exercise to behold.

I think the thing that amazed her the most was the dichotomy between
"inside" and "outside" the club. "Inside", if you touch any of the
girls, a big guy named "Vito" puts the clamp on you, and you are
unceremoniously dumped in the parking lot. "Outside" (meaning, in the
real world), women are raped and abused every day, with little
recourse.

As opposed to much of our society, women INSIDE the clubs are
incredibly "free". For the few women that are able to dance for the
unwashed masses of men, they can act out their every fantasy, in
perfect safety. It's a VERY strange phenomenon.

And what do the guys get? Torture, mostly. When you're a young man,
they're like throwing a starving dog a rubber bone. Very strange,
indeed.

*sigh* You KNOW I'm old when I start analyzing strip clubs this way.
They used to be just "fun" -- now, I only get to go when one of my
nephews is getting married, and he needs a stag party... (Which,
incidentally, brings to mind the clubs in Seattle, where my last nephew
got married. They were quite excellent, although far from any airport.
