Several of us were injured falling off our chairs... I guess he has to change track now after his threats to dry our dams seems to be swinging the other way |

Ahhh, some states may but...I work in anti-counterfeiting solutions and my company supplies certain secret items used in a lot of state IDs. While the states may hand them out like candy, they can be checked for authenticity by most state police. How? I can't say. Now if state goverments hand them out will-nilly, that's not my fault. |
