So, OK, no injuries (apparently), and no aircraft damage, but done on a flight
review?! And sure, wavish days out west can be an easy come easy go sort of
thing altitude-wise, but who among RAS readers would want to end up doing
something similar and then be able to point *only* to not botching the actual
pattern and landing?

So, OK, a Pipistrel Virus is really more a powerplane with Blanik-like L/D
than a pure glider, but it shows as registered to an SSA member.
