Looks like Fort Huachuca....

Now, outfit that little guy with a payload of about 1 lb of high
explosive and .... well, let your imagination run on that one. Matter
of fact, reduce it in size to about that of a grapefruit with an
electric ducted fan and the actual exterior or body made of molded high
explosive materials.

I have some targets I could recommend.

061115-N-9671T-049 China Lake, Calif. (Nov. 15, 2006) - A Micro Air
Vehicle (MAV) takes off on a reconnaissance flight to search for a
simulated improvised explosive device (IED). The MAV is in the
operational test phase with military Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD)
