Default LX7007 log file problem

The GPS traces in my log files have what I can only describe as
"position lock" in places where I circle. (See the log file referenced
below.) Examining the file contents shows the same latitude/longitude
repeating many times, updating once or twice, then repeating many times
again, until straight flight resumes. This results in SeeYou reporting
erroneous statistics, and WinPilot PRO (used in flight, of course)
reporting "Waiting GPS lock..."

Any other LX7000 or LX7007 users out there with this problem?

The response I got from the factory was "This is a phenomena of the GPS
receiver, there's nothing wrong."

I've checked the antenna position; it has clear exposure to the sky,
including when in steep bank.

Last summer there was a NOTAM regarding GPS jamming in the desert
southwest during weekdays.
Perhaps they're up to it again?

Perhaps they're up to it again?

If so, they did it only when I was turning, and on the weekend!
