Default Flight SIm 2004

Hi all:

I just installed FS2004 and couple of things that are different from FS2002:
1. I cannot right click and use "mouse as yoke" anymore
2. I cannot save a flight in the middle without ending it first let say
on the approach
3. I see clouds blinking through the pannel on and off...
4. The taxiways at night look bright white like that have underground
lights
5. Rain and storm weather looks all "green" color

What's going on?
Thanks

/Nadeem
