Default Locating Gas Pumps at Airports FS2004

Would someone please tell me how to easily find the refueling pumps at the
airports without having to spend a half hour taxiing around looking for them
in FS2004? In FS2000, they were always ringed by a flashing yellow square
which made them easy to find. In FS2004, they are located in the most
obscure places and are not easily seen until you run over them. I know I
can set the program so I never run out of fuel, but I want to keep it just a
bit more realistic and pump the gas myself.

Thanks in advance.

If you want it to be very realistic, roll the window down and sniff
for the fumes.

Thanks in advance.

You're quite welcome.

Just to be su do you also know that you can set the amount of fuel
using the aircraft/fuel menu.
For me that is more realistic than filling the a/c up at the gass
station since it is often better to take in only enough fuel for the
next flight (plus some extra of course). For the heavies its a must,
since you cannot land with too much fuel and payload.

It would be great if someone would just answer the man's question.

Alright, in the absence of a better answer...
I'm going to assume that the pumps in '04 are somewhat visable from the
air, despite the lack of the yellow box. Use slew mode to find them
after landing and then return to the taxyway before exiting slew mode.

For those who may not know what slew is:

When you have landed and are looking for the pumps, hit y on the
keyboard (or whatever you have mapped the slew key to) then use the trim
up button on the joystick (I think, play around with the buttons to find
the right one if not) and let the plane rise a few hundred feet. This
will give you a birds eye view of the airport without actually flying.

The game is not really paused in slew mode, you will see other traffic
moving around. It's like a pause for your aircraft only so that you can
position it where you want.

Use the rudder to pivot on the vertical axis (like yaw). Stick inputs
control translation in the horizontal plane. After you've located the
pumps you can then use trim down (or whatever) and position the aircraft
back on the taxiway and continue.
