pirep request WV52
Has anybody flown into Green Bank, WV to tour the radio astronomy
facility? Is it feasable with a plane and a couple of pre-teen kids. thanks in advance!

The systems are very noise sensitive (i.e. radio noise from ignition systems - all vehicles on site are diesel). It is a great site, friendly people who run it, etc. but doubt they would welcome a plane unless timing was right for their observing.
