Someone put up a 7 second clip of BA038 on short final. It was flying
straight and level. If it had dipped a wing 40 degress from the height

was fully recovered ? Ahem ! I don't think so.

Indeed with 'no' or very little power from the engines a bank like at
less than 600 feet would have been terminal.
