Default flexible wing human powered flight

I am interested human powered flight, and I have a design for flexible
spiral wings shaped like a cornucopia or the coils in an old telephone
cord (See "Spring Wings" at
http://patricktimony.tvheaven.com/catalog.html ). If anyone in the
Washington DC area would be interested in collaborating please contact
me. Also I welcome any comments.

Not knowing this guy, there are three possibilities:

1. Troll
2. Novice
3. Genius

Just in case its #2 or #3, I'd say give the wing a try and see if it works.
