Default Becker/Mic Compatibility

I've got a Becker AR 3201 radio that was factory configured to accept a standard mic (rather than dynamic). Works fine with a Plantronics headset (carbon equivalent mic).

I'd like to install a Peiker Acustic boom mic. The specs on the Peiker electret mic (ME510) are Operating Voltage 1.5v to 10v. Impedence 19 kOhm.

The Becker manual says "Standard microphone 200 mV on 100 Ohm" without further elaboration.

Anyone know if the Peiker mic will work with the AR 3201? The specs seem incompatible, but it's pretty ambiguous.

Thanks,
Tom A
