That's very cool -- and not a bad price.

I wonder why it says it's only for experimental planes? It's only a
clock -- how hard can *that* be to get certified?

Depends on the AMU level of the clock, the MAMUs required by the FAA,
and the chance of not being certified or not being popular enough.

Well, I paid way more than that for a clock that looks almost
identical, but without the G meter. I would have coughed up a few more
fractional AMUs for the added feature, as long as I was at it, if it
had been available.
