In fact, at 2010Z this date, there was not a single NOTAM showing an ILS
out of operation.

As I understand the system, that document only includes published/planned
outages. Outages that don't make the publication schedule, will 'appear' in
briefings where appropriate. So you really only get a partial listing of
relevant NOTAMs.

Anyone want to comment?
