Default Identifying Uses of Municipal Airports

Is there a standard data source that would identify the sources of flights
into a small municipal airport? I'm trying to understand two things:

1) What percentage of the flights to and from the airport are from people
living in the vicinity of the airport versus people from outside the area
who are just visiting for business or pleasure.

2) What are the specific airports from which people living outside the area
originate their flights?
