Default Parowan Practice day Speeds

Practice day speeds ran from high 70's for standard, with MM winning the day. I
don't recall the winner for sports, but it was in the mid 70's. The high 80"s
was the winning speed for 15 Meter, and you only get one guess as to who.
Remember this was just the practice day. Fly safe, Soar high, Thermal tight. #
711 reporting.
