Default What does "bug speed" mean?

I was reading a CVR transcript (Eastern Airlines 242) and saw this
transmission:

"What’s our speed? Let’s see, what’s our weight? Get me a bug speed."

What is "bug speed"? A cursory search struck out. Thanks in advance -

Probably reference to an adjustable marker on an airspeed indicator that
can be set, by the pilot, at a target speed, so that he doesn't have to
remember it (and possibly remember it wrongly).
