Default In-panel Portable P-Flarm Installations?

Anyone engineered a good in-panel installation of their portable P-
Flarm unit?
Trying to get mine off the glare shield (see YO hall of shame) of my a-
model Schempp, and would like to use the unit's internal GPS antenna
if possible.
Have seen a bracket commercially available, but it's aluminum and
comes partially over the top.

My mark 1 attempt used a right-angle bracket and the unit's bottom-
surface screw holes, but it's a little flimsy for the ridge and my
bouncy landings.

Any suggestions/pictures welcome. Thanks in advance.
