Default Region 9 Parowan Update # 6 important..........

No gliders over a 20 Meter wing span will be allowed entry into the
Region 9 Soaring contest for this year. We have received approval from
the SSA rules committee on this wavier.

Having started the modern era of soaring at Parowan, I was there many
times in the '90's, I suspect it is due to 2 factors. 1) maneuvering
the long winged ships in a limited area and 2) the distance to the
lights on either side of the runway.
