aboard the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68).
Nimitz is currently underway conducting Composite Training Unit
Exercise (COMPTUEX) off the coast of Southern California. U.S. Navy

I know that's what it said in the caption, but isn't the E the
single-place and the F the two-place? That photo looks awfully like a
two-place a/c. P.
