You are sure misinformed. It was the liberal judges that supported that
descision.

And you are obviously an idiot... From the link you posted....

Stevens was joined in the majority by Justices Anthony M. Kennedy, David H.
Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen G. Breyer

Those guys are the liberal judges.

Yeah, that's what he said. So how is it obvious that he's an idiot?

Seems obvious who the idiot is here

You got it exactly right. Except it doesn't look like you realize that the
majority rule resulted in the decision to take property for private use!

The conservatives were the DISSENTERS, meaning they voted against it.
Unfortunately they were not the majority.

Ok... so I'm a little idiotic I was originally responding to Ron N. and then
responded to the next post.

Sorry #1ACGuy.

It was our CONSERVATIVE judges who stood in support of that piece of socialism.

Conservative judge, on the Supreme Court? Please, pray tell, who is
that?

I hate it when I have to agree with a short fat ditz like Skylune!

All your worries are over. There is a love fest between Boyer and Mineta
going on at the Expo. The airport should be reopened as soon as Boyer's
people let Norm know about this outrage. Maybe it can even receive the
$150,000 "entitlement" (at least Mineta calls it what it is).

Everyone can relax about the user fees and the ADIZ. Boyer won over
Mineta's heart. It was a truly moving performance, and Mineta really knew
what his audience wanted to hear!

So, don't worry anymore about these things, from "his perspective" there
will not be user fees. (I like how he used the words "from my
perspective."

I never could understand why there's two airports within a couple of
miles from each other, Potomac and Hyde. Every time I had to land
there, I was afraid of the two traffic patterns being so close
together. I guess I just need more experience...

Justices that consistently adhere to the US Constitution, such as Clarence
Thomas.
