New version of GPS_LOG WiNCE released

I released version 1.2.0.1 You will need a new resource dll for it.

Biggest addition to the program that you can see is the ability to
have it compute needed altitudes and suggested final glide values
based on terrain elevation data. Program also displays expected
clearance over terrain, distance to expected lowest clearance and to
collision with the ground.

You can also now toggle enlarged and nonenlarged view of SUA alert
spaces without having to re-read a map as long as it was read
originally with enlargement requested.

IGC headers were brought into closer conformance with new IGC rules.

The PC version of the package has updated DEMtoMAP utility.
