Default MiG in Aktau (Kazakhstan)

This MiG-21 is mounted on a pedestal in the centre of Aktau.
Any suggestions to the sub-type? Looks like an earlier version to me. They
might have given it something resembling a canopy.

Regards,
Herman

Based on the centerline pitot, the broad chord vertical stabilizer with
drag chute fairing, the "Sapfir" radome and the medium dorsal spine, I
believe this is to be a MiG-21PFM (NATO Fishbed-F).
