Default SpaceShipOne to go the distance this month?

According to a Reuters article today
http://www.reuters.com/newsArticle.j...toryID=5327451
SpaceShipOne is to attempt a full 100KM high flight on June 21. Since there
will only be one passenger, the flight will not qualify as an X-prize flight.
