Default Archive trolling styles on different groups

Isn't it funny that for a guy who talks the most about being such a
great engineer and all, there's only one thing we *can* show that Tarver
invented...

The concept of "archive troll."

For the entire rest of Usenet, the concept of the "X-noarchive troll" is
a solid one, as in the guy who keeps his posts from being archived on
Google so people can't fact-check his noise by previous comments.

Tarver, on the other hand, is completely incensed that people bring up
things he actually *said*, in a provable format that he can't just
pretend he didn't utter.

So he invented the "archive troll," which is Tarverese for "you caught
me, you *******!"

Not me. Archive trolls came to power and dissipated years ago in the
political newsgroups.

But all of those years of posting, and you're the *only* person to ever
use the term seriously.

And continuously.

And as an excuse.

The Air Speed Indicator (ASI) shows

You made that up, didn't you?

The IAS indicator says IAS, not ASI.

Why do you come here pretending to know something
when you don't even know the words?

....a pitot probe produces Pressure One and Temperature Zero. (ie P!T0)
There are only pitostatic ports on a jet transport and zero pitot tubes.
When fitted with a pitot tube, for flight test, Boeing airplanes use
the redundant information to drive backup gages.

But thanks for playing.
