Default FAA ATA-100 data source

I used to get my FAA ATA-100 data on a CD from the FAA. But then I moved
and they seemed unable to process a change of address. So then I started
getting it from Kyler Laird's aviationtoolbox.org. But he hasn't updated
to the latest data yet, and it's supposed to be updated today. He's
usually pretty good about putting it up a few weeks early. Does anybody
know somewhere else I can get it?
