Default (USA) SATR additions to airspace files

It seems NACO only puts SATRs in the National Flight Database "on
request". Currently only 3 of 10 are included -- Grand Canyon, New
York City and Washington DC.

If you fly near a Part 93 Special Air Traffic Rules area that is on
your sectional but not in your digital airspace file(s), please let me
know and I will forward your request to the NACO. (Email link is at
justsoar.com.)

If you fly near a Part 93 SATR that is on your sectional and you don't
want it to be on your sectional, oh darn.
