Default Tadaaa... for now

Too bad... the yEnc-newbies have won the group, for now. As I'm wasting
bandwidth and disk space downloading yEnc-ed pics, I'll leave the group for
a few months. I'll miss the old group, although it seems like many left some
time ago already.

Oh, and before any rants begin: I'm not anti-yEnc. In fact: I already used
it well before the turn of the century. It has it's pros. But I never used
it in a group that had asked not to use it.
I don't want to waste my time scrolling through a group where individuals
purposely refuse to stick to rules that were set out a long time ago, and
where some feel a dire need to start flamewars on the matter.

We'll meet again though.

no need to leave, just set the filters on OE to delete anything with the
yEnc in the subject.

the few that ignore that convention can be killfiled induhvidually.

Excellent advise. No need to go anywhere. Just use the tools you
have.
