Default Gliding Clubs near Chamonix/Les Houche

Just looking for some pointers here .....
Aside from the obvious Aosta, where would the visting glider pilot
head for if based in Les Houche for the summer months?

Tango 4 - any thoughts?

Hello! What distance would you consider as "near"? Your best shots in
France would be the CSVVA club at Challes
(http://www.csvva.org/challes.htm) (south of Chambery, circa 110 km
from Chamonix) and EPPLMB club at Habère-Poche (http://fly.to/epplmb),
over the south shore of Léman Lake, at 75 km...On the Swiss side, you
would have Sion (http://www.gvvsion.ch/), at 70 km.

Have a good flying,

JVM
