READING, PENNSYLVANIA

The time to register for the AVSIM 2003 Simmer's Conference and Exhibition
is growing short. In order to attend the Friday night Social and the
Saturday night Awards Banquet, you must register BY NO LATER than midnight
Monday, September 8th. That deadline also applies to those who wish to stay
at the event Hotel - The Reading Inn. Discount registrations for AVSIM
Conference Attendees will end at that time and rooms are limited - register
now!

If you have not yet registered and are on the fence, consider that the 2003
Conference and Exhibition will be largest flight simulation event this year.
We will have a fantastic group of speakers participating in the Papers
Session speaking on all manner of topics related to flight simulation,
including speakers from Microsoft, Austin Meyer of X-Plane fame, Mathijs Kok
of Lago, and many others.

You will be able to tour the MAAM facility and get up close and personal
with historic aircraft in one of the largest collections available. These
will include the B-25 "Briefing Time" and the R4D (DC-3) made famous within
the flight simulation community by Bill Rambow and his MAAM-SIM team. You
will also see the newly contributed TBM Avenger, the Martin 404, historic
Beachcraft, AT6's, Steermans, and more. You will have an opportunity to win
a seat on the real "Briefing Time" for a Saturday afternoon flight around
the area of Reading, or you can purchase a flight in a Steerman or AT6. See
displays by MAAM-SIM, VMAX, Microsoft, Flight1, LAGO, GoFlight, and many
others. Participate in our annual fly-off and win some great flight
simulation hardware and software prizes!

You will also be able to visit with and view the latest offerings from the
many exhibitors that will be there. Microsoft, CH Products, Flight1
Software, Just Flight, Project Magenta, PC Aviator, FlightSim Central,
Flight Deck Solutions, Captain Sim, Abacus, Flight Illusion, The AVSIM
Store, Sim Avionics and more will be in attendance (and more are signing
up!).

Saturday night you will be able to attend the AVSIM Awards Banquet, where
the editorial staff will present the annual AVSIM Awards of Excellence to
the great contributors to our hobby. Our Keynote speaker for the Awards
Banquet will be Captain Richard Walsh, who, among other responsibilities,
runs the United Simulation Center.

your fellow flight sim enthusiasts from around the world! Register today:
