Default OLC 7/24 USA issues

OLC seems to be having issues. Flights upload, but ghosting out. Any ideas?

Santa Fe got flooded yesterday, a local "reservoir", normally dry, went
up 16 feet, the Rio Grande is up a half a foot...Â* These numbers based
on local news channel and my faulty memory.

Come to San Diego, it is DRY here, other than the monsoonal humidity.
