Default Behold! The new Piper LSA!

OK, so it's really nothing new, it's just a rebadged SportCruiser made by Czech
Sport Aircraft. With its Rotax 912, it has a full 600 # payload, a clear
advantage over Cessna's offering. That means that it will not only be capable
of carrying a student, but you can have an instructor too, as well as enough
fuel to actually go somewhere.

Those are very nice planes and I'm glad to see Piper take them
over, as there have been "difficulties" with ownership and management.
One trend with that plane is to replace the rotax with the powerful
Jabaru 3300.

I know a fellow that has one outfitted IFR. You gotta be precise with
your controls in those planes. They're so light, they turn on a dime.
