The report does not say where in the NY area they will be. My bet,
they will be in the MOAs where the F-16s flew. If you fly in the MOA,
your head should be on a swivel anyway, especially with F-16s in the
area.

In most areas the UAS/UAV cannot fly outside the MOA without an
escourt. Get a xpndr, it will help the UAV operator see and avoid.

True, but the Predator and escort may not have a CAS - get a PCAS for
a fraction of the price of a xponder, being portable, you can put it
in any aircraft you fly, and it will help YOU see and avoid.
