Default Flight Cheetah FL 210

Does anyone have a PIREP on the Flight Cheetah FL210. We just got one,
but it crashed on first use and I have been unable to raise anyone in
technical support to explain how to get it up and running. It seems
feature rich and all, but reception on first use was poor. How have
other people's experiences been with this device.
